No. Clients interact with JOHN through WhatsApp or SMS -- apps they already have. They simply reply with photos of documents or tap a link to upload files. There is nothing to download, no account to create, and no password to remember.

All documents are encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256 encryption. We are SOC 2 Type II compliant. Documents are stored in region-specific data centers and automatically purged after your configured retention period. Access is logged and auditable.

On the Growth and Enterprise plans, yes. You get full control over message templates, tone, language, and follow-up cadence. Starter plan users get professionally crafted default templates in Hebrew and English that work out of the box.

Enterprise plans include custom integrations with Hashavshevet, Priority ERP, and SAP. All plans support CSV export, and the Growth plan adds API access so you can build your own integrations. We are continuously adding new connectors -- contact us if you need a specific one.

Cancel anytime, no questions asked. Monthly plans end at the close of the current billing cycle. Annual plans can be cancelled and you will receive a prorated refund for unused months. All your data is exported to you before deletion. We believe in earning your business every month.
